KIP Development was formed in 1981 by Kevin Kirkman as a general contracting firm. Building for clients and portfolio investments, the company focused on general contracting, construction of single family and small multifamily units and investing in residential rental housing.
In the early 1990s the company redirected efforts towards larger multifamily development and ownership opportunities and construction design/build opportunities in light commercial and manufacturing. In the early turn of the 21st century the company refined its focus to real estate development and investment ownership in single tenant NNN commercial real estate investments and development opportunities in the western United States. |
